If you know a special child who needs help this Christmas, please follow the guidelines below to apply for assistance from the Empty Stocking Fund. Every child accepted will receive a "want", "need" and a "wish" from his or her Christmas list.

- Proof of income (include government assistance, child-support, etc.)
